During the planning phase, care is taken to ensure that the project meets the buyer’s requirements, particularly with regard to sustainability and economic viability. In the construction phase, monitoring ensures that the agreed quality is implemented right through to handover. In the final phase of the project, particular attention is paid to the processing of outstanding defects and the correct and complete submission of the notice of completion. Particular attention is also paid to the handover of complete building documentation.
