Jay studied civil engineering at Vienna’s FH Campus and completed his degree with a focus on construction engineering for major international projects and a bachelor thesis on the passive house standard in apartment complexes.
With many years of experience in construction project management, site supervision and even a brief stint in the Construction and Real Estate app space, he is eager to help clients complete reliable technical due diligence and assist them to move towards more sustainable assets. Jay speaks German, English, and Tagalog.
