offer you additional space to live out your passion in topic leadership. Your area of responsibility: - Project management for building certifications (DGNB, BREEAM)
- You create sustainability assessments for our clients’ real estate projects
- You support decarbonization in real estate portfolios (e.g. CRREM)
- You develop ESG strategies for real estate (e.g. adaptation to climate change,
phase-out of fossil fuels) - Holistic sustainability assessment of real estate
Skills/Experience:
- Technical studies: architecture, civil engineering or building technology
(ideally with a focus on building construction or green building) - Very good communication skills in German (C-level) absolutely
required - At least 2 years of practical experience with green building certifications (DGNB, BREEAM,
LEED) - Completed DGNB or BREEAM auditor training
- Passion for global sustainability goals
The collective agreement minimum gross salary is between
€ 3,150 and € 4,000 on a full-time basis. We offer a fair compensation package
according to your experience and qualifications.
