Your area of responsibility
- Project management for green building certifications (especially ÖGNI/DGNB)
- You create sustainability assessments for our customers’ real estate projects
- You support decarbonization in real estate portfolios (e.g. CRREM)
- You develop ESG strategies (e.g. adaptation to climate change, phase-out of fossil fuels
- Holistic sustainability assessment of real estate
Skills/Experience:
- Technical studies: architecture, civil engineering or building technology (ideally with a focus on building construction, green building)
- Very good communication skills in German (C-level) absolutely required
- 2 years of practical experience with certification systems such as ÖGNI/DGNB or BREEAM
- Completed DGNB auditor training, experience with other certification systems an advantage
- Passion for global sustainability goals
The collective agreement minimum gross salary is between €3,150 and €4,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience. We offer a fair compensation package based on your experience and qualifications.
