We started in 2019 with a big vision: to lead the way in technical, environmental, and ESG advisory for the real estate industry. Founded by four senior experts in real estate and building science, we’ve grown quickly, and today we’re proud to be an international team of 40+ passionate professionals, with offices in Vienna, Berlin, and Milan.

Our team is truly global and multicultural, speaking 19 different languages—including German, English, Italian, Portuguese, French, Russian, Greek, and many more! This diversity makes us the perfect partner for any real estate business operating in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and beyond.

We work with some of the most respected names in the industry, from financial institutions and pension funds to developers, asset managers, construction companies, and property managers.
