This special service involves consulting the building owner on setting up a structured data room. The inventory of documents (electronic and physical) is collected and its completeness is assessed. This is followed by recommendations for supplementing missing documents and digitizing physical documents. A filing structure is then created on the basis of a standard developed by OTEREA, into which the compiled documents can be entered.
