The seller of a property has a TDD drawn up to prepare for the sales process. Any defects and other weak points are identified and it is evaluated whether these can be eliminated in advance. If these cannot be eliminated, at least an argumentative preparation for the sales negotiation can be made. The vendor TDD can also be passed on to the prospective buyer in order to accelerate their TDD and disclose the facts.
