Tomas Alonso, Sustainability Consultant at OTEREA, has obtained the BREEAM® ES In-Use license, establishing OTEREA a licensed partner of BREEAM España. This milestone represents a significant step forward in OTEREA’s growth strategy.
With this licence, Mr. Alonso is empowered to assess and audit sustainability according to the BREEAM rating scheme of all operational asset types in Spain. Remarkably, he becomes the first assessor of the Canary Islands for sustainable buildings.
